Back after a sabbatical. Two events, exercising significant influence on my personal and professional life surfaced. The personal effect was determined on March 31, and today firmed up my professional maneuver.

Both demanded a well oiled thought process, and took up most part of my time. However much difficult the final moments were, feel the right decisions are in place. Though I would not rule out terming these a gamble.
